Sugar Cycle directly tackles environmental pollution by strategically repurposing two major waste streams: leftover cloth/fabric waste and sugarcane bagasse. Waste fabric is transformed into fashionable upcycled accessories, while the organic sugarcane bagasse—a byproduct of sugar production—is innovatively used to create eco-friendly products.

A Green Step Toward a Cleaner Future

Sugar cycle | Green Change Starts Here

Sugar Cycle is a youth-led group that turns waste into useful items. We collect plastic waste, cloth scraps, and sugarcane bagasse and turn them into new products. Our work helps the earth by reducing waste and keeping the environment clean. We also train and support climate-migrant women in Chattogram so they can learn new skills and earn money. Every product carries a story of care, hard work, and hope. Sugar Cycle shows how small actions can make big changes for people and the planet.
